Cooking Instructions:

1. Defrost for two (2) nights in the fridge.
2. Preheat oven at 170°C.
3. Place on a deep tray.
4. Rub oil, sprinkle salt, and squeeze one lemon's juice.
5. Cover with baking paper and foil.
6. Cook for two (2) hours at 170°C.
7. Take foil and baking paper off.
8. Rise heat to 190°C for one (1) hour.
9. Enjoy and FEEL IN COLOMBIA.
