Yes, due to the nature of the product and the logistic costs we have set a $30 minimum order.
Unfortunately, we do not offer weekend or public holiday deliveries, your order will be delivered during business hours between Monday and Friday.

We do not ship to P.O Boxes, please use your actual home or work address for deliveries

We only ship to addresses in Australia excluding NT. However, frozen products have some more restrictions and we do not send frozen goods to Far North Queensland, NT, TAS and WA.

Orders that include frozen products are shipped Monday through Wednesday, excluding Australian public holidays. Any orders placed from Thursday to Sunday will be shipped the following week on Monday. Keep in mind the transit times are 2 to 3 business days in average. Only ‘grocery products’ orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding Australian public holidays. Any orders placed Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.

You will receive an email with a tracking number, just go into the carrier’s website and type that number. If you are registered user, you can login into your account and you will be able to check the status of your order.
Orders are dispatched within 1 working day after payment confirmation. Typically, orders placed before midday, are dispatched the same day; orders placed after midday will be dispatched the following working day. Delivery dates are not guaranteed in the event of service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond the control of Cheeky Foods. These interruptions include, but are not limited to, delays caused by the transportation system, shipping carrier or processing of cardholder’s credit/debit card. Delivery delays due to service interruptions or inclement weather conditions are not the responsibility of Cheeky Foods or the carrier.

We accept all major credit and debit cards. Please note that all payments are charged through PayPal or bank transfer. The final amount reflected on your bill may differ depending on your bank rates or fees at the time your bank processes the transaction.
To ensure a safe payment procedure, our website only uses ‘Secure Trading’ for a reliable and secure internet payment gateway. We do not store credit card details in our site.
