Shipping Policy

At Cheeky Foods, we are dedicated to providing our customers with swift and reliable delivery. This policy provides all the necessary details regarding our shipping processes. Due to the complexity of transporting frozen food, your cart must contain at least 6 products from the Freezer category. This ensures that the box in which we pack your order is full and will remain cold for longer. Please note that we do not ship frozen products for retail to SA, WA, NT, TAS & ACT.

We offer Standard Shipping for all our products.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are based on your delivery location and the total weight of your order. While we strive to keep delivery affordable for everyone, please note the following:

  • There is no minimum order requirement.
  • For orders over $99*, we offer free shipping for up to 20kg, where applicable.
  • If your order exceeds 20kg, a partial delivery fee may apply.
  • In some regional or remote areas, we may only cover a portion of the shipping cost. The system will automatically apply a fee to help offset the excess cost.
  • A delivery fee will apply to bulk purchases such as full cases of food, liquor, or drinks.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a residential or business address to ensure delivery and avoid delays.

The exact shipping cost is calculated during checkout.

Estimated Delivery Time: 

Standard Shipping orders typically arrive at your doorstep within approximately 5 to 7 business days. Please note that delivery times may be longer for orders shipped outside VIC, NSW, and QLD.

Handling Time:

Please allow us 1 business day for order processing. This ensures that your delicious products are well-prepared for shipping and arrive in the best possible condition. Orders with frozen products will be dispatched between Monday and Wednesday only. Orders placed and received after 11 am Wednesday will be dispatched the following Monday.

Liquor Proof of Age Verification:

To uphold responsible alcohol service, we require proof of age identification for all alcohol purchases. This process is to ensure that we sell alcohol only to individuals of legal drinking age (18+) and licensed venues.

Return Shipping:

For returns or exchanges, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is damaged or incorrect. Refer to our Return Policy for more details.

Tracking:

Upon dispatch, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Use this number to monitor your order's progress. Please note that these shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on the time of year and unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
