Where Are You Located? Can I Buy or Pick Up From Your Shop?
As wholesalers and distributors, we do not sell directly to the public at this stage. We are working on it, and we might offer this service in the near future. You can place your order using our online shop and we will send it to your preferred address.
Where Can I Buy Your Products Apart From Your Online Store?
We have stores that sell all our products all around Australia. Please find a store near you using our store locator.
Do You Deliver on Weekends or Public Holidays?
Unfortunately, we do not offer weekend or public holiday deliveries; your order will be delivered during business hours between Monday and Friday.
What if My Order Has Been Sent to the Wrong Address?
Please use the ‘Contact Us page or send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will help you with any issue.
Do You Ship to P.o Boxes?
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes; please use your home or work address for deliveries.
Where Do You Ship to?
We ship to addresses Australia wide exclude NT. However, frozen products have some more restrictions, and we do not send frozen goods to Far North Queensland, NT, TAS and WA.
When is My Order Shipped?
Orders that include frozen products are shipped Monday through Wednesday, excluding Australian public holidays. Any orders placed from Thursday to Sunday will be shipped the following week on Monday. Keep in mind the transit times are 5 to 7business days on average. Only ‘grocery products’ orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding Australian public holidays. Any orders placed Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.

How Do I Track My Order?
You will receive an email with a tracking number, just go into the carrier’s website and type that number. If you are a registered user, you can log in to your account, and you will be able to check the status of your order.
How Long Does It Take for My Order to Reach Me?
Orders are dispatched within 1 working day after payment confirmation. Typically, orders placed before midday are dispatched the same day; orders placed after midday will be dispatched the following working day. Delivery dates are not guaranteed in the event of service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond the control of Cheeky Foods. These interruptions include, but are not limited to, delays caused by the transportation system, shipping carrier or processing of the cardholder’s credit/debit card. Delivery delays due to service interruptions or inclement weather conditions are not the responsibility of Cheeky Foods or the carrier.

How Do I Know That My Order Has Been Successfully Submitted?
You will receive an email acknowledgement containing the order reference number and details of your purchase. Your order will be only dispatched upon receipt of payment.
How Can I Pay for My Order?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Please note that all payments are charged through PayPal or bank transfer. The final amount reflected on your bill may differ depending on your bank rates or fees at the time your bank processes the transaction.
Is It Safe to Use My Credit Card on Your Website?
To ensure a safe payment procedure, our website only uses ‘Secure Trading’ for a reliable and secure internet payment gateway. We do not store credit card details on our site.
What if There Are Missing or Wrong Items When I Receive My Order?
For missing or wrongly shipped items, please contact us at email@example.com and on the subject, quote your transaction reference number. Our customer service is open from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (AEST time). We will reply to your query within 2 working days, and we will advise you on what to do next.
Is My Personal Information Kept Private?
Any information that you share with us is private and confidential. At no point will we share, rent or sell your personal information without your consent, except as required by law or to fulfil an order contract with you?
